Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Clients,
At The Wellness and Yoga Institute, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth schedule for both our clients and team. To best serve you, we ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Requests
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any requests made outside of these hours, including weekends, will be reviewed the next business day. If a request is made over the weekend, it will be followed up the next Monday, unless that Monday falls on a holiday.
For Monday appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted by the Friday prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees
We understand that life happens, and we reserve the right to discuss cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. However, please note the following general guidelines:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee, due immediately.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee (Examples: $75/yoga or music therapy hour, $125.00 Wellness Assessment, and massage therapy rates as quoted by Buddy.)
Why These Policies Matter
As a small business, we cannot always accommodate last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. We never overbook our schedule to ensure we deliver the highest quality service to every client, which means our available slots are limited. Additionally, we value our time as a team and understand the importance of unplugging and spending weekends with our families.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we maintain a balanced schedule and continue to provide the best possible service.
